When reporting a technical issue, please include your iPhone model, iOS version, BiteBloom app version and a short description of what happened. Please do not send passwords, payment card details or sensitive health information.

Subscription billing and cancellations are managed through your Apple ID. You can manage subscriptions from iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
